How to shop
How do I find the correct filter?
There are 3 ways to find a filter for your machine or vehicle on our website. The first is to type an OEM or Competitor part number into the search bar at the top of our website. The result will be displayed in the centre of the screen. Simply click on the link to see the part number. If nothing comes up for your part number please contact us for further help.
The second way is to search for your vehicle via our lookup. In the same search bar at the top of our website, change the drop down box to ‘Vehicle’ and type in your make / model. Eg. Ford AU Falcon. Select your vehicle from the results, ensuring you check the engine, year and fuel type.
The third is to simply browse our shop from the products menu at the top of the page.

To create an account, simply select SIGN IN on the navigation bar and then REGISTER NOW to fill in your details.

Where is my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered an account with Filters Plus, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting ‘My Account’ followed by ‘Order Status’. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.
