ENVIRO+ C5 is designed for use in modern 4, 6 & 8+ cylinder multi-cam, multi-valve (including VVT), naturally aspirated, supercharged & turbocharged low emission diesel, petrol and flex-fuel engines including hybrid.
ENVIRO+ C5 may be used where an SAE 0W-20 or 5W-20 low viscosity, fuel-efficient engine oil is specified by the manufacturer. It can be used where ACEA C5, ACEA A1/B1 (obsolete), ACEA A5/B5, API SN Plus Resource Conserving, API SN and ILSAC GF-5 low viscosity engine oils are required. It provides improved turbocharger deposit control, oxidation, aeration, fuel economy, fuel economy retention, timing chain and idle stop wear protection and enhanced low-speed pre-ignition (LSPI) protection. It is suitable for selected Toyota, Mazda, Honda, Nissan, Subaru and many other makes and models.
ENVIRO+ C5 is particularly suitable for use in many late model BMW petrol vehicles requiring either BMW LL-14 FE+ or BMW LL-17 FE+ engine oil specifications, including those that may be fitted with Gasoline Particulate Filters (GPFs). Models include selected 125i F20 Series, 330i F30/F31/F34 Series, 430i F32/F33/F36 Series and, X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 Series as well as many others that require these specifications. It is also suitable for use in Volvo petrol and diesel vehicles requiring the Volvo VCC RBS0-2AE engine oil specification as well as where STJLR.51.5122 is required for selected Jaguar, Land Rover and Range Rover models.
ENVIRO+ C5 is suitable for use in passenger cars, 4WD’s & light commercial vehicles and is compatible with Petrol, LPG, E10, E85, diesel, including those fitted with emission treatment devices such as Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs), biodiesel and most other conventional fuels. It is not recommended for use in motorcycles.
Please Note: When changing oil, Penrite recommend using Penrite Engine Flush, a fast-acting, Solvent-free, engine cleaning formulation that removes engine deposits, sludge and contaminants with the oil service drain. It contains added Zinc for engine wear protection and its fast-acting formulation works in 10 minutes.
